He brings more than two decades of experience advising senior leaders across jurisdictions on matters at the intersection of law, public policy, and institutional strategy, and has originated and led large-scale engagements within a global professional services environment. His work has involved collaboration with regulators, international organisations, civil society actors, and corporate institutions confronting complex governance challenges.
His current focus reflects a longstanding professional interest in access to justice and adaptation under conditions of technological change, and in the design of systems capable of sustaining both authority and public confidence amid structural transition.
He is currently engaged in research and advisory work focused on institutional capability in the age of artificial intelligence.
